Every day you remove the cones and put them in your pocket. Positively reinforce the people around you (Your spouse, your kids, your co-workers, your boss, and of course, don’t forget yourself). Each time you do, put a cone back in the base. If you say something negative, all the cones come back out and you get to start over.
